请问老师2,3和5,6的说法都对吗？用that可以替代in which吗？in that way 在从句里是不是是方法状语？that是关系代词，不可以用作关系副词吧？
当先行词为表示时间的名词、money或货币名字、way、place、reason等名词时，that可作为关系副词引导定语从句。这种定语从句为非正式语体，而且that一直可以省略并一般省略的。假如用介词+which引导这种从句，则为正式语体。也就是说关系副词that可以在定语从句中作时间状语、地址状语、方法状语和缘由状语。比如：I like the way she was dressed.这个句子就是省略了关系副词that。注意表示地址的名词只有place一个词可以用关系副词that引导定语从句，其它表示地址的名词不可以用关系副词that，只可以用关系代词that/which/where引导。比如：

This is the house where he lives. (正）
This is the house in which he lives. (正）
